Casper was abandoned by his family at our veterinarian’s office and they called us to see if we would take him in and provide a safe, temporary home. He is looking for a family who will cherish him forever and never abandon him again. Casper is a velcro-kitty and there has never been an animal or human who Casper didn’t adore! If he could sit in your lap all day, he would! Sweet boy Casper is 1-2 years old and he comes with an adorable permanent head tilt, but that doesn’t stop him from running around and jumping on every cat tree in sight! Adopt Casper!
